It is helpful to sort items into like categories so our clients and families can decide what to keep and sell / donate. It also allows our antique consultant to see what is available for selling.
Disbursement
We work with auction houses, consignment shops and numerous charities to disburse the contents of your home you will not be keeping.

We try to sell as much as we can for our clients. Things that can’t be sold, are donated. We work with numerous charities that assist families in surrounding communities.

If selling a home, it’s important to prepare your home to go on the market.
A large part of staging is decluttering and clearing surfaces. Less is often more!
Resettling
SimplySized Home wants to make sure you are comfortable and safe your first night in your new home. We will unpack boxes and set up your kitchen, make your bed, stock your refrigerator, and make sure your essentials are unpacked. We will also remove all paper and boxes.
